About Us:

Classic Lawncare & Building Maintenance (CLBM) is a one-stop service catering to the Housing Industry in Washtenaw and Wayne counties of Michigan.  Our services include, but are not limited to: detailed vacant apartment cleaning, hallway and clubhouse cleaning, complete lawn care services, Fannie Mae and Hud Field Services (inspections, securing, trash-out, janitorial, rehab and lawn care), power washing, gutter cleaning and tailored services that our clients request.

Since CLBM opened its doors in 2007, it has developed outstanding relationships with its clients and CLBM associates.  We credit the success of our business to the relationships we strive to continue to build with our clients, potential clients...and the "Classic Team".
