Classic Lawncare & Building Maintenance (CLBM) is a one-stop service catering  to the Housing Industry in Washtenaw and Wayne counties of Michigan.  Our services include, but are not limited to: detailed facility cleaning,  vacant apartment cleaning, hallway and clubhouse cleaning, complete lawn care services, Fannie Mae and Hud Field services (inspections, securing, trash-outs, janitorial, rehab and lawn care), power washing, gutter cleaning and tailored services that our clients request.

We are open 6 days a week for your convenience!  Our hours are:
Monday thru Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 10am - 2pm
Sunday: closed
